Ashish...I accused Ana of leaving a cryptic comment on one of my images and thought, even hoped, that this was her response. How great! The yellow line along the bottom adds great color contrast and echoes the yellowish cast at the top.

Relevance: Hmmm. Spent a good 5 minutes wondering whether graffiti is a "sign" in any sense of the word. I suppose it does communicate something, but then would the artist be happy with you calling his work a sign? Probably not.

Impact/Technique: Same problem with both - it's a little flat down to the poor light quality. As the green is also fairly mute, it might have benefited from a B&W or duotone treatment.

Composition: In favour, the yellow line at the base of the image works well to add some extra interest; the "sign" isn't strong enough to carry the image in itself. Might have been interesting though to sacrifice it and closely crop to the words "Stay Cryptic" - after all, that is the main interest in this.

In my opinion, obviously...

@Jay: Thanks for your detailed analysis! I kind of differ on your analysis of relevenace. If you read what Thelma was looking for, one of lines says "A sign posted to convey a message". This one, like most of the graffitis, conveys a message.
