LensBaby! I like the treatment. Would love to have one of the signs be a bit more "main subject" somewhere in the image. The "Banniste" sign has that going for it, but doesn't seem to quite get there to my eye. At any rate, a fun shot that has life and movement :-)

I love creative techniques, so kudos for that, the only problem is sometimes they make the viewer (me) dizzy ;)

Lensbaby it is - I played with the colours and vignetting during the Raw conversion to give it a lomo feel, and to try and add a bit of interest to what was compositionally a dificult shot.
