i love this shot. i think i've seen it before - and it's killing me that i can't figure out who took it. his posture speaks volumes, and the lighting/shadows really add to the mood. this is exactly the kind of shot i never take and wish i would.

maybe, just maybe, the image would benefit from rotating/tilting it slightly to the right (so as to straighten up the windows)?

@photoflavor - Wish I had time to bring my own photoblog back. I've really been itching to get it going again.

@smudo - It's funny... I didn't really notice that tilt until you mentioned it. I guess I was so focused on the guy that I somehow overlooked the windows behind him. ;) I'll have to try it and see what it looks like. Thanks.

it's ironic that the person who has contributed the most amount of thought and time to the betterment of the photoblog community hasn't enough time to photoblog. bring it back brandon.

i like the tilt... it adds tension or something. i hadn't noticed it either and i wonder if the bench would look tilted if the windows were straight.
