love love love the style of this shot. The processing is really great.

I really like the effects used in this image. Really different and interesting. I may be the only one but I'm rating 5 for technique. I don't find homelessness to be a good representation of sin though. A good portion of the homeless suffer from mental illness and have fallen through the cracks of society. If ignoring society's problems was a sin, this would get top marks.

I like it! I'm tired of apologizing for not getting the relevance of some of the excellent photos that are being posted. I think I'm just slow on the uptake.
This is an unusual and effective photo. Well done.

I think your technique is getting in the way of the message

nattfodd said 685 days ago:

Good relevance, but I don't really like the effects you applied, especially for the woman. I don't have the impression that she is on the background at all...

Tanja said 685 days ago:

The women is not supposed to be in the backround...maybe i should've given her some color...but that's the point she'S got the money and walks by...ya know

nattfodd said 685 days ago:

@uncommondepth: I think that the sinner is the woman here, who totally ignores the homeless guy.

nattfodd said 685 days ago:

@Tanja: sorry, I did not express myself clearly enough. I got that the woman and the homeless person are the two subjects of your photo, but I also got the impression that the woman is not at all walking on the street that we can see in the background. A bit like if you had made merged two totally different shots (which I know isn't the case). I hope it's more clear now.

the women totally...now that I've thought about it i would've photoshopped this pic a bit differently...mmmhh well that's why you learn! ;)
