If I knew what the thing in the foreground is, I'd stand a better chance of understanding what you are getting at. Is is some kind of cosmetic? I like the reflection in the foil. I guess this is supposed to be related to vanity. Maybe I'll learn more when I read the other comments. Kinda like the image, though.

I would enjoy reading your comments on what you see and what you intended in this photograph. As I said, I like it, but I think I'm missing something. As I've posted elsewhere, I'm slow sometimes. I mean this as a compliment.

in answer to your question, my intention in this shot was to show 'excess' due to the expense of the cigar and the opulence of the mirrored table (not foil). my submission was for the sin: greed.
