relevance: because i think the image is more about the overall effect than the concept of self portrait

impact: because i can't stop looking at it

composition: very good but nothing unpredictable

techinique: because while i know this is manipilated the overall impact transcends that

image quality: because i am assuming everything is exactly how you wanted it

if you live intensely in a world of your own making, if you tend to go "through the looking glass" with very little need to come back, then this is an excellent self portrait
