I immediately get a sense of chaos and disorder. This could simply be an exercise in post-processing trickery. But, I'm going to give the photographer the benefit of the doubt that this is a glance into his psyche, and if that's the case then this is supremely effective at conveying a sense of turmoil or an ill-at-ease with one's self. Well done.

The technique and concept go hand in hand, an attempt to reveal yet obscure the differant parts of my face and personality. We all have differant faces we reveal under differant situations, be it with friends, family or a work environment.

Within ourselves, well for some us anyway, there is also that internal turmoil and conflict as we try to resolve our own personality, who am I ? and attempt to feel comfortable within our own skin.

The technique seemed the best way to try to express this, not only as a reflection of me as a person, but also, secondary, in relation to my photography.
