The picture is a little too muddled for my taste. It kind of comes off as an accident instead of a self portrait.

Not a wow but well done and bringing it all together in shot. The crop has left a black area in the top left and the bottom is barely noticeable. I think you could crop that out to improve the shot

I wish the camera wasn't over your face and the bottle weren't in the way.

I'm not entirely sure if this is a multiple exposure shot or a reflection shot of some sort. It might have been a bit more compelling for me if the curve of the bricks led your eye to something.
