I don't see the self-portrait... can you explain?

That's awesome. At the thumbnail, I thought it was just a wise-crackin' joke... but then I realized the subtlety of the portrait. Cool. =)

Hm. I'm not quite sure how to comment on this. First thought is, "This isn't a portrait." Next thought is, "Think outside the box. Maybe it IS a portrait in some way." So I'm trying to think outside the box. Are you are a squirrel? If so, then I trust you can read & write as well as make photos. Or perhaps that's you reflected in the little fella's eyeball? Then again, maybe your character or personality or body is squirrel-ish. Do you horde things? Are you small and furry? Do people think "cute woodland creature" when you stroll by? Maybe you store nuts in the winter. At any rate, this shot is certainly different. I look forward to reading your explanation. :) Oh, and I'm going to leave "Relevance" as "No Rating." I assume it's simply not included in the rest of the rating.

The remarkable thing is how close you were able to get to the animal. Not sure how relevant the photograph is, but I appreciate the whole aspect of it.

I like this image a lot for the clarity and close-up impact. Until I enlarged this and looked into the eye, I wondered how you were portraying yourself via a squirrel. I would imagine that you take a lot of nature images based on this one?
