Excellent focus. This is a really strong image.

Very well executed, perfect DoF, and the sharp detail of pores and mustache really makes it for me.

I like this alot - nice texture in it - but I think the crop is a little bit too tight - certainly at the bottom where your lip is almost cut off ....

I feel like this image is really close, but barely misses the mark... I like the shallow DOF, but I feel like the focus should be on the eyes rather than on the nose. Also, the composition seems just a little off... having the lips hit right at the bottom of the frame adds a lot of tension in that area. I'd like to see more of the chin or none of the lips.

I do like the fact that we can see a lot of detail in the face and the black and white does work well.

I really like the shallow depth of field that you've chosen here. THat was something that I'd considered, but didn't end up using. Nice work with the B&W too.

Stunning black and white shot. The depth of fieldi excellent leaving just enough in and tapering out.

The only thing I would change is the cropping to include your entire face but other then that it's a fantastic shot. I live the expression and the detail.
