I'm going to assume that your feet are the ones at the bottom of the image.

This image makes me study it and think about what it means. I don't think it is so successful because of what it tells me about you (although that is a component, I agree). The strength is the stories that the viewer's mind conjurs up while looking at it.

I like the ambiguity in this. There is much hidden but a teasing touch of both you and your partner.

It's revealed little but I want to know more.

I think the idea has some potential. As a self portrait I think it's confusing because we don't know who you are in the photograph. I think it would have worked better with the feet closer and no towel.
