If there is something clever happening here, I missed it. The shutter speed needs to be faster to bring more into focus or the flash isn't strong enough to freeze the image.

I'll take it as social commentary - people who dwell in and near dupsters are often just blurs to us in our day-to-day life. But weren't we told that a RISD education would ensure a lucrative future? :-) A starving artist who still finds whimsy and art, even in the dregs of other peoples' lives?

I am not sure the movement on the subject was intentional or not, but it does not add much to the overall shot.

Didn't think I'd like this one from the thumbnail, but it's quite enjoyable. Very "cool" as the wall reads.
