Is this really a shot of a picture or just some postproc?

I like it a lot when a tiny little prop changes the whole. Here, with that red clown's nose it's just perfect. Brings a lot of emotions, sincerity in the pic.

Well.. postproc was simple, convert to b&w and hand color the nose again for that old fashioned feel.
Ah, offcourse, you mean the frame.. No I stole it from some other photo. Again, to get the feel right..
