@ Brant- I tried lots of different angles but running from the tv armoire, where the camera was on timer, and back to the couch wore me out. At first I was lying on the couch and tried a smaller pillow but the colour was darker and I liked the uniformity of all white. Also needed the pillow to hide the big pregnant belly among other bits. As for inspiration and what I was going for- I love self portraits as I find the subject is very willing. I was just playing until I found something I thought was interesting. I really liked the arms but it seems they are a hit or miss thing.

@King- you like the legs but what about the pillow. LOL.

@ Vernon- I am speechless! You can hang me on your wall any ol' time!

Kyla, I wish I could have seen you shuffling back and forth from the armoire to the sofa, huffing and puffing, I am sure.

Thanks for the explanation. Now that I know the story I think the fatigue becomes more evident in the posture and expression. I can only imagine that scene inside your apartment, you pushing the self timer button and then running around the coffee table to get into position before the flashing red light turns solid, haha. Hope you have shades over your windows.

Do you even know how to take a self-portrait with your clothes on? Don't get me wrong. I'm not one to complain about that sort of thing.

King that gave me a good laugh! I tried with the clothes but somehow the lack of garment photos just worked better. Self Potrait2# 82 you will notice I am dressed- well partially...okay so my robe is open a little- considered me apparel-challenged!
