Not sure what exactly this is meant to convey, but it is interesting and dramatic, and nice colours and tones, so high marks.

You seem to have a plaster (bandage) over your left nipple and the eye goes there immediately after admiring all the red tape you are caught up in.

This, of course, is a happy, funny, courageous and dramatic photo that could be used as evidence depending on what you are charged with.

I like it. I'm looking forward to reading an explanation. Maybe my ratings will help this get featured.
