Did you clean part of the mirror just for this shot?--or add some water marks to the other side? I like the way you are using your hand and the extra dimension it adds to the light.

How do you like that camera? I borrow my wife's little Panasonic point-n-shoot from time to time and I'm very impressed with it.

Cool. Your eye really comes through nicely there. If Jarrett sees this he's gonna flip :-) But the camera isn't quite so evident which makes it a bit different. Great choice to include your hand like that, to frame your eye I suspect.

i didn't clean the mirror, and don't add water. I have Panasonic FZ-7 (very good camera, i'm amateur).

now make a b/w of it, boost the contrast and you add a lot of emotion to the shot.

I can't stand "photographer-takes-picture-of-self-in-mirror" shots. But this one at least has some unique elements to it. I particularly like the E.T. finger effect you acheived lining up your finger with the flash that way.
