Hmmm... it's fun, I'll grant you that, but I will have to give you lower marks for Technique. I don't think an exterior daytime shot in the snow required you to use flash - altough it might have been the only way to reduce the exposure amount in an already bright space. The snow is blown out as it is.

The selective coloring on the frame is ok, but doesn't add that much here. Try straightening the frame and cropping tight against it, so that at first glance the red-white looks like a frame you placed around your image. Only at closer inspection will the viewer realize that it is the mirror's frame.
