very different. i like it overall, but i think all the different effects take away from the picture itself. i like some effect, but it just seems to be a lot to me. as i said tho, overall i like it because it's different.

You've caught my attention here. This is very strange and I don't find it appealing on a personal level, but I have a lot of appreciation for its artistic merits (ambiguity being one of those).
How to improve: The image is flat, the grid barely distorted. The carboard is very damaged, torn, scraped and burned? but the grid is mainly rectilinear. I think the shot could be improved by adding more bends and twists to the grid and its substrate with an image editor (e.g., Photoshop).
