this is awesome!
we tend to do the exact opposite and focus on anything BUT the eyes of the homeless in case they, heaven forbid, ask for something.

is he really homeless? he seems too alert, too confident, too unwary. if he is really homeless, then you've done a very good job of putting him at ease.

Kevin, yes this is a homeless man that I met on the streets of Denver. He is at ease because we treated each other with mutual respect. We had a great conversation and I heard some amazing stories that day.
