It looks as though a man dressed to resemble an Abercrombie & Fitch model is in fact, about to remove his own arm with an axe.Interesting scene without a lot of impact. The lighting is a bit low to really bring out the gruesome details of what is about to happen.

The brief says that the 2 are supposed to look alike, this looks more like the 2 opposite sides of your brain. Image is a little dark, could have used a pass thru levels/curves I think...
