I love the expression and you've captured his eyes perfectly, but the position of his hand is a little strang making it look like his hand is growing out of his head.

What a lovely face and the hand with a first love written on it really makes this special. Ideally I would have liked to have seen not so much space completely blown out in the lower right or on his hand but the subject of the image really makes up for that.
