Nice shot, that said. My biggest complaint would be that you don't seem to hold the paper in a very natural way.

I like the idea here. But it seems a little too 'posed'. Does anybody really read the paper like that? Surely their arms would get tired pretty darn quick.

Well, in case that one gets deleted from the site, here is how I rated it (as well as my comments):

Ratings:

Relevance - 3
Impact - 3
Composition - 3
Technique - 2
Image Quality - 4

This is a relevant submission. This is actually one of the first images that came to mind as something that we might see when I read (carefully the second time) this theme description.

I rated a 2 on composition, because this would be much better if shot at a slightly wider angle, so thatthe hand at left and elbow at right were not chopped off. Other than that, it is a decent composition.

I thought the position of the newspaper was strange, because it looks uncomfortable, and I don;t know anyone that reads a paper like that. It makes this look staged rather than a capture of everyday life, but it still seems un-pretentious so I still enjoy it.
