I immediately smiled when I saw this. That is why I gave a 5 for impact. I can totally beleive that you have a neighbor (or maybe this is your hat) that sticks their hat up on the fence like this.

I would have given higher marks on composition, but the little peice of roof, and the little part of the leaf that are just barely sticking into the right hand side of the image are distracting from your otherwise great composition, and they could have easily been cropped out.

All the same, I really enjoyed this image. It leaves me wondering who the hat goes with, and why it is there.
