I would have tampered with the curves here - especially with the blue - but still it screams relevance. Technically, otherwise - especially if it was taken from a moving vehicle as I suspect - it's a cool shot.

I don't like the way it's cut off at the bottom. I know there's something there, not being able to see it distracts from the composition, rather than cleaning it up.

Makes me think of Utah...but I don't think I've seen palm trees in Utah!

An interesting and odd image. At one level it is very common and would be an excellent representation of the "everyday". But on the the other hand, the colors of the image and the skyline as well as the trees.... all give it a flavor of being in the midst of a tropical storm... or more accurately perhaps in the eye (calm) of the storm.

From the lighting it is also possible it could be the very early light from the horizon that gives the image some of the qualities.

Overall a very nice image. If I were to wish for any changes, the one I think would be helpful would be to see if the detail could be brought out in the trees by somehow lightening these areas on the image.
