First cows, now elephants? Is this life-size? It's hard to tell. You work nearby? Where is this?

The elephant's head (especially the ears) gets lost in the background, unlike most of the body, which is in shadow. Nonetheless, this is an interesting and effective photo.

It's a statue in Toronto's financial district. It's about 7 feet tall so I guess it's half size for an adult Aftican elephant. There are a couple of little baby elephants walking behind it too.

I don't work around here but sometimes I cut through the courtyard on my way home from downtown, if I'm not in a hurry and I feel like exploring.

Maybe for my next one i'll post the moose that lives outside the grocery store...
