The "starlights" are my favorite.
The trees and the city in the distance

I'm guessing this is the view out your hotel window. Any picture that includes light streaks is a winner for me.

We were actually trying to get a few shots of the Frost Bank building here in Austin. We were on top of a parking garage about 7 blocks away from it. The shots of the bank failed to come out like I wanted them to, so I turned my sites to other things around the parking garage. There are actually quite a few shots I took that night, this one happens to be the one I felt represented the scene the best.

Somehow fails to have that huge impact on me, although everything here is just fine...

I guess, the problem is that the floodlit thing int he center draws most of the attention, but I'm unable to make out just what that thing is. A building?

High marks anyways, because all in all it's a great shot!
