Congratulations, Cushmok. I just reviewed all your submitted images. It may be that some people don't quite understand your style and the level of artistic thinking in your work. For instance, I invite folks to take another look at your self-portrait. I assume English is not your first language, and that may have something to do with other photographers not understanding what you are attempting to achieve.

Excellent work, in my humble opinion. May you have many more featured images.

The English language is indeed not my first language... My difficulties are large to answer certain comments finely.

I tend to agree with King that many may not have taken the time to try to understand the more metaphorical expression in CushmoK's shots (which are beautiful, I agree). I am new here, but it does seem that people take a very literal approach to the themes. That being said, I can't agree that the different approach is due to langauge and mother tongue!

@CraigMartin...I was suggesting that because CushmoK has difficulty in making fine points in English, he is less likely to be able to get across to WS viewers, raters and commenters what he is striving to achieve in his photographs.

Looking back at his work and reading all the comments, I think this is pretty clear. I think one commenter was, in fact, rude to CushmoK simply because s/he didn't understand the point CushmoK was trying to get across.
