This is a really cool image, but it isn't immediately evident to me that this is rust. This looks more like a plaster surface to me, at least the blue parts, and I am not sure how plaster can rust.

A piece of cake!

This is a fascinating abstraction with beautiful colors and textures. To me, the light seems unnatural, coming from the lover left, so my hunch is that the image has been rotated 90 degrees, which may not have been necessary (just a guess). The paint streaks, however, seem to be flowing downward as one may expect, so there is some tension here, too, between light and gravity. Is a print of this image hanging on your wall? Should be.

love the abstract quality here, I can't take my eyes off the blue, which is great, although the rust seems to be a secondary theme, all in all a great image
