I like the DOF and textures in this. And the combination of the rust color and the bright yellow color at the bottom of the frame. Nice work.

Great colors, contrasts and textures. Too bad the depth of field didn't quite cover the head of the nail.

@King - I agree with you completely about the DOF. However, this image was taken with my little Canon S410 on macro mode. Unfortunately the DOF/aperture is not adjustable. Still a great little camera though. :-)

I just started a thread on this topic on the WS Google group. This is a good case in point, as you may have wanted to control exactly the DOF, but did not have equipment that allowed it. I'd welcome you comments on the topic.

By the way, high marks from me on this image.
