I can see some rust in there, but the picture as a whole is a bit of a stretch for the theme. For a broken down barn theme or an old, beat up car theme it would be strong. Rust just isn't prominent enough to me. It does remind me of a couple of old cars my dad has in a rotting abandoned house though.

In this case the overexposure is enhancing the photo.
