Good shot. The whole in the upper left, if rotated 90 degrees clockwise, resembles a persons silhouette. It's nice to see an image that isn't jazzed up just for effect, as my photos often are.

correction...the *hole* in the upper left...

Cheers for the comments! I hadn't noticed the silhouetted profile until you pointed it out, it's a cracker. Who do you reckon then...Julius Cæsar? LOL.

Interesting shot. Although it appears slightly out of focus (fuzzy, pixelated, a certain je ne sais quoi), I do like aspects of this shot. I'm not quite sure how much this pertains particularly to rust, but at the same time, with such a vague theme I can't imagine something that would fit better than rust itself. What I feel most strongly about in this image is the framing of the building in the reflection; that appeals to me greatly.

I should perhaps point out a couple of things here:
1. The window panes are covered in thick, matted, damp, windblown dust.
2. This window is in a disused railway station from the early part of the last century so "the brown stuff" between the panes is the ironwork rusting.
3. The shot is neither pixelated, nor out of focus. The focus is, of course, on the building mirrored in the one particular pane of glass.
4. In addition to ALL THAT, I have generously included a silhouette of an unknown dignitory from Ancient Rome!
I'm out of breath.....

This is an interesting composition. I think it would be stronger if there was detail in the black areas. The stark contrast between the dirty windows and the empty black spots is distracting.

Good game of shade and reflection.
