Dude, hellof rust. Nice. =)

King said 687 days ago:

This very rusty image caught my eye as a thumbnail and I like it very much. It doesn't appear to be as sharp as it could be or should be and, therefore, the texture of the rust is not as crisp, contrasty and defined as it could be.

Funny I said dude... Nice work, Tracy.

@tommyblue - I respond to dude ;-)

@King - I find quite often that my WS posted images are never quite as "crisp, contrasty and defined" as they are in Photoshop and I am not sure why. Practice, practice, practice....;-)

I think I have one somewhat like this. The ravages of time are always fascinating to study.

King said 685 days ago:

Tracy...I'm assuming you are maxing out the permissable file size before uploading? If I were you, this would frustrate the hell out of me because of the otherwise consistenly high quality work you submit.

King said 685 days ago:

...be sure to hold the mouse cursor very steady when you click the Submit button. </joke>

King, I am on lowly dial-up so by the time I have rated the images I need to before I can load my own (and invariably others are loaded in the mean time) I am only too quick with the mouse and the submit button. The good thing is I have plenty of time to hit the cancel button if I change my mind ;-)

I have since realized that while playing with the features on my I had the sharpness in the negatives, so perhaps that can account for the "fuzzies". It's all a learning experience.
