I have to admit that after seeing countless images with physical reflections my first thought was that this one was way off topic. That only lasted a moment however, and this is really a rather brilliant portrayal of reflection in the emotional and mental sense!

It took me a moment to get your interpretation of reflection. Made me smile. I think the silhouette is really effective here. Very nice.

Perhaps more of a philosophical reflection taking place here?

This would be an excellent entry for a "silhouette" theme but I don't think it quite fits for "Reflection". Nice composition though and lovely lighting.

I believe the relevance to the theme is a person reflecting on life but to me the addition of the surf board means the subject is not relecting on life but checking out the surf.

A nice idea though.

I like the idea of this one as a 'reflective' piece, but I feel like the lack of focus on the breakers below diminishes their impact. Perhaps also if the subject was smaller relative to the breakers, it would provide more power to that which is being reflected upon. That being said, it *is* very hard to capture the sheer power of natural forces in photographs.
