Too much empty space in this one for my taste. The desaturated hues are interesting, but my eye falls too heavily in the empty space.

I did no editing, other than a 56pixel crop, at the bottom.
I guess your monitor doesn't let you see the roiling clouds and sheeted rain in the "empty space".

A family caught in the rain with bicycles...you can't offer them a lift in your warm, dry car. This image causes me to feel some sympathy and concern for the kids.
