I get the feeling of in-difference to the rain in this image. Sort of "yeah it's raining but it's just another day going to work". In some of the other images I didn't like the signs but in this one "morning" gives it a subtle suggestion that it is morning rush hour in a city. Doesn't have the decisive moment or graphic appeal of the rest of the images in this theme so far IMO.

Could ve much better. Also the composition.
