Excellent portrait and right on the theme, I just don't find the colours very effective... Have you tried a B&W version?

Intriguing shot. I feel like I should be hearing narration over it so I know whats going on. I like the far left framing of the subject and the action of the rain pulling you to the right.

for nattfodd, we did a high contrast color version that's pretty cool. In b&w you lose some of the rain so i opted to stay with color for this time. thanks for the suggestions.
also, funny thing is it's my boss. i just shared the comments he received and he's loving it... especially the "mr. hunky" one... lol.
