Haven't read the others' comments yet, but I guess I'm not the first one for whom this one resembles the default XP desktop theme pic, only in a storm :))))

Anyway, the composition and technique are awesome, I truly envy your colours and contrast. Tom be honest I've got nothing to hold against this one.

It looks like windows default wallpaper :)
It took me a couple seconds to figure out the connection to the theme, since this was so luminous and green. Good shot and mood, and extra points for originality, it's definitely not what I expected in this theme!

Thanks for the comments - this is real rain, it was all around that day but we didn't actually get wet :)

Hey bioLarzen - this was taken just outside the town of Ilam in the Peak District, Derbyshire, England. If you want to see the exact location here are the coordinates for google maps or google earth 53 04' 34.38" N, 1 48' 23.12" W.
