Remarkable image. Perfectly exposed and processed. Nice work.

This is an interesting shot and I like the toning. However, I find the straight lines/bands in the middle part of the picture a bit distracting. I assume these are caused by the rain falling but they just seem to jar a bit against the other misty and rounded elements in the scene.
