The tones in this image seem a little flat (see the shallow contrast between the pupil and iris of the eye for what I'm taking about). I think the image could be given more depth with a little adjustment in curves or levels department - that would give the model the pop and life she deserves.

The dark object on the right side of the frame is a little distracting and IMHO there's not enough contrast in the shot - it's a little flat.
