would have actually liked this a lot better as two seperate shots. both could really stand on their own.

Is there a connection between these 2 images? Is the picture on the left taken by the woman on the right?

I don't understand why you'd make them into a diptych.

I sort of get what you've done here, by showing how we can reach out to someone across the world in a completely different culture - how the phone has provided a connection between all of us... But I find it hard to judge. Am I judging the composite together or each image individually? The images are too different.

What I would have loved to have seen in something like this is the young girl on one side, and the same composition of dancer (?) facing the opposite way in the other. That would have made the story stronger and provided that connection between the 2 images.

Technique, quality, relevance, etc. are all good.

I can see the story however I almost don't trust it... The girl could be text'ing her mate for all I know.
