What is it? I am assuming this is in the sea...the main object is a little out of focus though.

Ewwww.... yucky. What is it? Some kind of naked baby animal behind glass? Although this definitely resembles up a penis, it doesn't really strike me as "phallic" in the sense of the word most commonly thought of in terms art history or other metaphic exercises. I guess the person who created the topic was eager to get as close to penis as possible, without considering less literal variations. High marks for relevance, I guess.
