This flower is called "Decembrist" (from the word "December"). Also, Decembrists - is a people participator of the established historical event in St.Peterburg (rebellion 1825). You can read about it in this article of Wikipedia (in English): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decembrist_revolt. Title of the photo is "Real Decembrist".
