This is the actual state capitol building in Tallahassee, Florida. You can't see the domes to the sides when you're up close, but when you're driving towards it on Appalachee Parkway, the symbolism is unmistakable.

Is that heat radiation distortion we see? Is this Dubai or some such hot, desert place? Except for the strange distortion, which you may not have been able to control, nicely done.

We're hanging at 3.092 after 14 ratings. It doesn't look good for this one. Quality score is dragging it down some at 2.73. I guess I can see why, but then I often post things that are highly relevant, but not as great technically.
