I really like the fact that you've included the surroundings. I think you probably could've left the black void to the right out of it entirely. It also feels a bit tilted...but overall, very relevant.

The "Anti-Aging Clinic" sign definitely got my attention. It seems that you straightened the image based on that sign, rather than one of the verticals, which would have been the more logical choice. here.

I quite like this, though I think a tighter crop would increase the impact - cutting the left hand dust-binand a strip from the bottom would bring her closer and still leave the great sign in the upper right.

Very interesting image. The juxtaposition of the older woman and the sign for anti-aging completely works for this theme.
