Nice detail and lighting. I love the selective focus.

This, of course, is a common scene in life. I like the way the subject falls mainly on the shadow side of the makeup artist.

For me, two things would enhance this photo. I'd try to get around to see a bit more of the subject's face...maybe just enough to see part of the right eye or the area that is being worked on. Second, the profile, which is so important, seems cluttered and impinged upon by the makeup artist's ring at subject's lips. I don't know what do do about that, but a slightly different angle (as suggested above) might also help.

Just love the feel of this. The lighting compliments the concentration they have. Nicely done.

I like this very much. Very good subject, excellent capture. The moment is great. Would be even better is we could see just a little more of the Mom's face, maybe just one of her eyes...
