Great work on colours, and lovely composition. I especially like how the space between the threads shows just a small part of her face but enough to define her expression and give a mood to the whole photo. I'm just disturbed a bit by the blown light on the photo framed above her (flash reflection, maybe?).

This is interesting and I want to know more about what she is doing--what's going on.

I'd have cropped this about 2 pixels above the top of the coat hangars on the left to get rid of that bright polygon at the top of the frame.

High marks on this.

By cropping like that you would have cut the top of the curtain and i think it's too important for this shot. She's part of a theatre group and she's making curtains which are part of the décor.
