I didn't immediately identify the white area as snow and thought this might be some kind of interesting abstraction done for effect. Now that I see that the car--is it a taxi?--is buried in snow, I understand the relevance. I think this photo might have better effect if it had a subtle border around in, so the white of the snow didn't blend with the white of the page background.

It's a interesting treatment, but I wonder if it would be better if there were more tone and detail in the snow immediately surrounding the car.

You may not get to 13 ratings, I fear, but I've given you high marks in general.

@King: Thank you! This is not a taxi. This is a Moskvich car IZH-412 (my father bought the same model in 1982), and this was my first car :-). Very uncomfortable car and the yellow color is the usual color of the cars like this one (my father had a white exemplar).

What about photo, this car do not cover by the snow completely, and I have to paint some (a very little!!!) part of this photo to white background. I cannot make another crop, because this corrupt the shot.

Looks like this one won't get enough ratings to get featured, but I think it deserves to be. My only gripe is that there's virtually no detail in the top left quadrant, but I guess you wanted it that way. Anyway...what a total PITA!!!
