A very delectable orange!

I wish the whole lobster was in focus though, or that the depth of field was shallower so that it would look more on purpose.

But yum, I wish I could taste this!

Thta's made me hungry, glad lunchtime is not too far away.

I'd have liked a slightly greater DOF to capture the detail in the lobster claw in the background. Also, it's a bit more on the red side.

OTOH, the detail that you did capture in the foreground is spectacular and makes me want to eat that lobster!!

Overall an interesting image, but the lobster is red, not orange, correct? The background around the lobster *is* orange, however, so perhaps that is what you meant.

An image that might be great in a cookbook, for sure! Unfortunately for me, seafood is not a favorate and therefore I had an initial negative reaction to the image... I had to view it on three different occasions before I could evaluate its photographic merits. So, overall... a very nice, very clean image, with ample textural detail to pique interest!

Not really working for me. I know what it is but I just get lost and look away. I see details that interest me if they were focused on more or separated better (i.e. the "whisker" or the claw).
