Great idea and raised a chuckle. It would make a great advertising or magazine shot, and the relevance is ok - it's orange. It's very original, but, for me, has limited longevity.

Personally to me passion is red - I think that this would have been oh so much stronger without the photoshopped words on the bag.

just to clear some things, this is not edited at all! No color correction, no photoshopping, nothing! It was in a display window of a fashin store, together with some different colored ones, green, blue about hope and love and so on...
I saw it and thought, cool an IV filled with orange passion juice =) that's not something you see every day...

Well, great idea, but it's presumably 'found art'. My kudos go to the object's creator. The photo is a recording of it.
