Thanks, folks. The vignette is natural and was caused by rapid light falloff from the thick fog.

Good ambiance. Electric posts are not an easy subject for shots. This orange ambiance add lot of interest to the pic.

Thanks for the comments, everyone. This is a shot of a small power plant that I pass every day on my way to work. It can usually be seen quite easily from the highway. However, the fog was so thick on this particular morning that I couldn't see it until I was practically on top of it. The light falloff was so pronounced, it formed what can only be described as a "light bubble".
